Freezer is a simple plugin I coded many years ago. Yesterday I found it in one of my old backup disks and so I decided to add it to my PSP releases collection.
It allows you to pause (or better to “freeze”) your games or your applications at ANY time. This means for example you can pause a game even when not allowed (during a video, during dialogues, during all gameplay, etc… so at any time!).

Once enabled, just use the NOTE button to pause/resume your current activity (XMB, Game, Homebrew, Application, etc…).
