Unless otherwise indicated my softwares are freeware, so totally free for non-commercial use.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, free of charge license to download and use my softwares at no cost for any legal purposes for an unlimited period of time on any number of operating systems (Windows OS, GNU/Linux, Mac OS X…).
My softwares can be copied and distributed under the condition that references to the author's website, original copyright notice and disclaimer of warranty will stay intact and you will never charge money or fees for my softwares, neither to cover distribution costs.
The source code is not provided as long as the software development is still active.

6. use my softwares or cause my softwares (or any part of it) to be used within or to provide commercial products or services to third parties
